I grew up in a small town just outside of Mexico City. My family was comfortable, but we did not have money to spend on unnecessary items. But we always had music. I grew up surrounded by my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins all singing around the table during our family meals. Music always brought us happiness. By the time I was 15 years old, I knew singing was what I wanted to do with my life, and I was lucky enough that my entire family believed in me and pulled together to help me release my first EP. I would not be where I am today without them. I have grown a loyal following on social media by sharing my authentic life. I love taking my followers behind the screen and showing them the struggles of being a working musician, and the process that goes into writing each song. My hope is that through my platform I can encourage other young adults, or kids, to follow their dreams, because if you’re willing to work for it, you can make all of them come true.
