My grandparents immigrated to Canada in the late 1930s, just before the war started. They came here with nothing but love and created a life for themselves. Growing up I spent a lot of time at their home, and often found myself in the kitchen with my Nona, watching her cook. From this my passion and love for cooking evolved. Due to obvious reasons, my favourite style to cook is Italian, however, my specialty is nutrition and lower calories. In fact, I was first noticed because of my viral 200 calorie Alfredo pasta.
I have worked as a private chef for several years, but my work has transitioned to social media where I like to share my recipes and aspects of my life.
A foundation with the goal of ending hunger in Canada, and around the world.
